By installing or using the Price Mirror Chrome extension ("the extension", "the service"), provided by 99ecommerceexperts ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the extension.

2. What the service does

Price Mirror reads product information from pages you actively view, searches for matching listings on supported third-party retailers, and — where configured — opens affiliate-tracked links to those retailers. Price Mirror is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Croma, Reliance Digital, H&M, eBay, Walmart, or any other retailer it compares against.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Price Mirror only in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the websites you browse. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the extension, or use it to interfere with the normal operation of any website or third-party service.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Price Mirror may use affiliate links for some of the retailers it compares. When you follow a link opened by the extension, we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you. Where an affiliate link isn't available for a given retailer, the extension opens the standard, non-affiliate product page instead.

5. Accuracy of information

Prices, availability, and product details shown by Price Mirror are sourced from third-party retailer pages and search results, and can change or be inaccurate at any time — including between the moment a price is shown and the moment you complete a purchase. Always verify price, availability, and product details on the retailer's own site before buying. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any comparison shown.

6. Third-party sites and services

Following a link from Price Mirror takes you to a third-party website outside of our control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of any third-party site, including the retailers listed in the extension. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Price Mirror name, logo, and extension code are owned by 99ecommerceexperts unless otherwise noted. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Price Mirror is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99ecommerceexperts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including purchasing decisions made based on information it shows.

9. Termination

You may stop using Price Mirror at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension or any of its features at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Price Mirror after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
