Quick troubleshooting
"Compare Prices" isn't loading
Competitor search runs against a live backend lookup, so it can take a few seconds. If it's been longer than that, try refreshing the product page and opening the popup again.
The toolbar icon looks greyed out
Price Mirror is built for Shopify product pages — on pages it doesn't recognize as a product, there's nothing to compare yet.
Prices look out of date
Competitor prices are fetched live each time you open the popup on a page. If something looks off, try reopening the popup to refresh the results.
A retailer link isn't working
Let us know the retailer and the page you were on — email us and we'll take a look.
